Most Satisfied: As a ride-hailing driver, what I’m most satisfied with about NAT is its durability. I’ve been driving at least 300 kilometers every day for the past three months, and even after repeatedly charging it overnight, the battery’s range hasn’t decreased significantly. I thought that constantly recharging an electric car would weaken the battery, but over the three months, there has been minimal change in battery performance. I’ve achieved a real-world range of 370 kilometers, all while running the air conditioning in eco mode.
Least Satisfied: The seat cushions are not thick enough, and the support is mediocre. Especially, the front seats become uncomfortable after prolonged sitting. In theory, as a vehicle designed for ride-sharing services, NAT should have taken into consideration the comfort of drivers during long trips. It seems that NAT has overlooked this aspect, as most of the car’s features are geared towards passengers. They should also consider the driver’s experience more.
Highlight Features: One highlight feature is the electric doors, which eliminate the need for customers to open the doors themselves. However, they open rather slowly, and there’s a slight wobbliness when they operate. The initial design idea is good, but the quality of materials used could be improved.
