The electric car market is growing fast, but it’s still new and can have some quality issues. In China, new electric cars come out often with fancy features, but they haven’t been tested much yet. So, if you’re thinking about buying one, be ready for some potential adjustments, and we are always here to help.
When it comes to fixing things after you buy, we’re working on setting up more repair spots, but we’re not everywhere yet. Especially for new models, some parts might have to come all the way from China, which could take longer than you expect.
