The 2024 Beijing International Automotive Exhibition (the 18th) with the theme “New Era, New Automobiles” is scheduled to take place from April 25th to May 4th at the China International Exhibition Center in Beijing, covering a total area of 220,000 square meters.
Exhibition Overview
According to data released by the official WeChat account of the Beijing International Automotive Exhibition, this year’s Beijing Auto Show will feature 117 global debut vehicles (including 30 global debut vehicles from multinational companies), 41 concept cars, and 278 new energy vehicle models. During the exhibition, there will be 196 press conferences held by participating domestic and international companies and their related units.
This year’s Beijing Auto Show, returning after a four-year hiatus, focuses heavily on “new energy,” “technology,” and “intelligence.” In addition to the fierce competition among car manufacturers to unveil new models, battery manufacturers, chip makers, and other component companies will also be present to showcase the latest achievements and applications in the supply chain field.
Against the backdrop of dramatic changes in the times, the Beijing Auto Show is both the biggest auto show of the year and the first one to start the year, which is expected to become a new market weathervane. Moreover, on the eve of the market battle, all car companies are riveted to stay on the table, so the main battlefield of the Beijing Auto Show is also full of attractions.
