Changan Qiyuan Q07: A Revolutionary Smart SUV
The Changan Qiyuan Q07 is a mid-to-large SUV built on the next-generation SDA all-electric platform. It features the advanced Smart Blue Whale 3.0 plug-in hybrid system, Changan’s new intelligent driving technology, and the CDC “Magic Carpet” suspension. This vehicle marks the beginning of Changan Qiyuan’s 2.0 era.
The Q07 sports a fresh design with split headlights and a trendy star-ring light bar running across the front. Measuring 4837mm in length, 1920mm in width, and 1690mm in height with a 2905mm wheelbase, it offers a spacious interior. At the rear, the SUV features distinctive layered tail lights with dual-level high-position brake lights for enhanced visual recognition.
The interior boasts a minimalist yet innovative design. It includes a three-spoke multifunction steering wheel, a 15.4-inch central control screen, and a 12.8-inch passenger screen integrated into the sun visor. Key features include heated, ventilated, massaging memory seats for both the driver and passenger, a zero-gravity passenger seat, heated and ventilated rear seats, a panoramic sunroof with an electric sunshade, heated steering wheel, 256-color ambient lighting, AR-HUD, support for external displays, and a 16-speaker sound system.
The Q07 is powered by the Smart Blue Whale 3.0 hybrid system, with a 1.5T engine delivering 110 kW of maximum power, 215 km of pure electric range, and a combined range exceeding 1400 km. Another version with a 1.5L engine offering 72 kW of maximum power has also been registered. Additionally, the SUV includes the advanced CDC “Magic Carpet” suspension for smoother rides.
