2025 Zeekr 001: Smart Driving Upgrades
The 2025 model of Zeekr 001 mainly ushers in upgrades in terms of Smart Driving, equipped with Zeekr’s latest Vast Smart Driving 2.0 version, to achieve end-to-end mass production on board. In terms of hardware, the new 001 adopts ultra-long-range LIDAR with 200m ultra-long range, 120° ultra-wide horizontal field of view angle, and 128-line equivalent level. At the same time two NVIDIA DRIVE Orin intelligent driving system level chip on board, which uses 7nm process technology, the arithmetic power up to 508 TOPS.
At the same time the new car’s AEB, ELKA, and PEB are further upgraded, AEB is expected to be OTA at the end of 2024 with the highest activation speed of up to 120km/h and can achieve the face of a stationary vehicle full brake stop. In addition, the new model also adds remote fingertip parking, and the in-car intelligent assistant Eva introduces the AI super brain.
In terms of power, the new car adopts the 800V dual silicon carbide high-performance electric drive system, with a peak power of 789 hp and a maximum torque of 810 N-m in the four-wheel-drive version, which can achieve ‘breaking 100’ in 3.3 seconds. The rear-wheel drive version has a maximum power of 422 hp and can break 100 in 5.9 seconds. The 4WD version is also equipped with the Zeekr Magic Carpet dual-chamber air suspension, which features two-dimensional adjustment of body height and suspension stiffness, a CCD electromagnetic damping system, and a pre-aimed ‘intelligent magic carpet’. The new car has a CLTC range of 675-750km, depending on the model.
