Deepal S09: New Mid-Size SUV with Advanced Features
The Deepal S09 is a brand-new mid-to-large size SUV, featuring extended-range power and a 2+2+2 seating layout. It will be equipped with the Huawei QianKun ADS 3.0 advanced driving assistance system and is expected to launch in 2025.
In terms of design, the new car features a prominent through-type daytime running light, showcasing the Deepal family design. It adopts a split headlight design, with the main headlights positioned at the traditional fog light areas on both sides, using a smoked finish. The car’s dimensions are 5205mm in length, 1996mm in width, and 1800mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3105mm. The rear design mirrors the classic Deepal family tail lights, with a through-type layout and a reasonably sized tailgate opening.
As for performance, the vehicle will be powered by the Deepal Super Range 2.0 technology, equipped with the new Blue Whale HE1.5T ultra-high-pressure direct-injection hybrid engine, delivering a maximum power of 110kW. It will also feature a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system, with a total motor power of 362kW, offering an electric range of 170km to 180km. Additionally, it may be equipped with the same Huawei QianKun ADS 3.0 advanced driving assistance system as the Aito M9.
